Daniel W. Anderson graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in December, 2000, and has practiced law in the Tampa Bay area since 2002. Mr. Anderson worked for two well-known Tampa Bay area law firms prior to founding Anderson Law Group in 2010. Mr. Anderson has experience in cases involving commercial litigation, real estate, aviation, consumer fraud, taxation of government leaseholds, sovereign immunity, public records, class action, mass tort, landlord-tenant, medical and legal malpractice, personal injury, product liability, home and condo owners associations, intellectual property, and other general civil litigation matters.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Anderson owned and operated aviation-related businesses for almost 20 years. Mr. Anderson is the former executive director of the United States Air Tour Association where he served as a Washington, D.C. lobbyist for helicopter and airplane tour operators at Grand Canyon, Hawaii, New York, Alaska, and throughout the United States.
Mr. Anderson was awarded an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi (formerly CCSU), and a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a licensed pilot and holds ASMEL, Commercial Pilot, CFI ASEL, and Instrument Ratings. Mr. Anderson is an active member of The Florida Bar Aviation Law Committee.
Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice before all Florida State and federal courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
